Team Vitality put up a fantastic performance at BLAST Premier Spring Final 2024 in London, entertaining fans with their S-tier Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) skills.

We all expected The Chosen One, aka Mathieu "ZywOo" Herbaut, to get some big multikills with his trusty Big Green. However, it was 20-year-old entry fragger Shahar "flameZ" Shushan who stole our hearts and delivered what was, in my opinion, Vitality's best play of the event.

The quarterfinal match between FaZe Clan and Vitality was a back-and-forth affair that could have gone either way. FaZe won their map pick of Inferno with ease (13-4), and Vitality responded with a 13-10 win on Dust2, leaving Mirage as the decider.

On Mirage, flameZ was the difference maker, with high impact, scoring a whopping 27 kills on the map. In the 9th round, however, flameZ outdid himself with four kills. On the T side of Mirage, flameZ pulled off some expert lurking and impressively got three kills with a MAC-10 SMG and then one with the M4A1-S. You can view a clip of flameZ's play below.

While it wasn't an ace, flameZ did get an assist on that first kill with Spinx. It isn't always just about the kills, but instead, the impact and the storyline surrounding the highlight.

In this case, Vitality secured a critical round on their way to a reverse sweep to send a tournament favorite, FaZe Clan, packing with tails tucked between their legs.

flameZ isn't the star player in the Vitality lineup, and some fans have questioned his form. In front of a roaring crowd at the OVO Arena Wembley in London, to have such a brilliant game and show his big match temperament under immense pressure, that's a real star shining brightly.

What's even more impressive is that flameZ pulled off a 2v1 clutch in the round prior. Without flameZ, we might not have seen Vitality make it to the semifinal. Now, that's what I call impact!
