In order to fix Destiny 2 3D Audio Issue, you need to follow the steps listed below:

1. Go to Control Panel on your PC.
2. Search for Sound and open its settings.
3. Under the Playback tab, look for the headset that you are using.
4. Double click on it to open its Properties and click on Spatial Sound.
5. Turn it off and click on Apply.
6. Go back to Destiny 2 and audio should be fixed.

Keep in mind that this is a temporary fix; however, you can turn Spatial Sound on once Bungie fixes the issue.
